Tee Time Policies
We are excited to welcome you to our course.
Please note: Singles, twosomes and threesomes may be paired up at the discretion of the facility. The course reserves the right to move your tee-time up to 10 minutes from it's original reserved time.
To ensure you have a great experience, please consider the following:
Cancelation of your tee times booked online can be electronically canceled no later than 24 hours prior to the tee time by selecting the cancel button on the email confirmation or by selecting the tee time in your account settings.
Offline tee time reservations and all tee times canceled within 24 hours of the tee time must be canceled by calling the golf shop at (215) 513-3034
An account on our booking engine is required to use any promotional code offer and promotional codes cannot be redeemed in the golf shop or over the phone.
The email confirmation must be shown in the golf shop during check-in to redeem any instant rewards selected during the online reservation process.
Leddy's Pub is a perfect location to enjoy breakfast and/or lunch before or after your round.
The Lederach Golf Shop is considered one of the best retail golf stores in the area and a must visit before or after your round of golf.
If you have any questions, please contact the pro shop at (215) 513-3034
To ensure even Mother Nature doesn’t throw us off course, we kindly ask that you make any cancellations or adjustments to your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. Just give our golf shop a ring. Remember, booking fees are like lost golf balls in the water hazard—non-refundable.
Please Note: While we love a good solo adventure, twosomes and threesomes might find themselves paired up as if by magic, all at the discretion of our course wizards. Also, we reserve the right to tweak your tee-time by up to 10 minutes—think of it as our way of adding a little mystery to your game.
Got questions or need an ear for your concerns? Contact our pro shop. We’re here to ensure your experience is smoother than the perfect putting green.
A “no-show” occurs when a golfer does not arrive for their reserved tee time and fails to cancel in advance.
- Limitations: After 5 no-shows within a 120-day period, golfers will lose online booking privileges and will be required to book by phone with a credit card guarantee.
- Fees: A fee up to or equal to the prevailing green fee + cart fee may be charged to the credit card on file for each no-show reservation.
- Cancellations: Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalty.
Purpose: No-shows prevent other golfers from enjoying the course and negatively impact operations. This policy ensures fairness for all players.
A “short-show” occurs when fewer players than originally reserved check in (e.g., booking a foursome but only two arrive).
- Minimum Requirement: Tee times should accurately reflect the number of players.
- Fees: Golfers may be charged a fee up to or equal to the green fee + cart fee for absent players if the reservation was not updated at least 12 hours in advance.
- Consideration: Exceptions may be made due to weather or unforeseen emergencies at the discretion of management.
Purpose: Accurate player counts help the course schedule efficiently and maintain pace of play for all guests.

The 19th Hole Rule: A Refreshment Reminder
Just like a well-aimed drive, we need to keep our refreshment game on course. Here’s the scoop:
BYOB? More like “N-O”: Bringing your own coolers or alcoholic beverages is a bigger no-no than a double bogey on a par 3. It’s strictly off-limits, much like an out-of-bounds area.
Quench Your Thirst with Us: Hungry? Thirsty? Craving a snack? Our pro shop is your caddy for all things munchable and sippable. Plus, our restaurant is ready to serve you both before your round and during that strategic pause at the turn. It’s like having a clubhouse in your pocket!
Think of it as part of the course etiquette—keeping the fairways friendly and the greens gracious. So, let’s keep those coolers at home and raise a glass to good times and great golf, courtesy of our on-site offerings!
We want you to enjoy your round. If the course closes due to weather or becomes unplayable, rain checks will be issued.
- Before teeing off: Full-value rain check may be issued.
- After starting play: Rain checks will be prorated based on the number of holes completed.
- Expiration: Rain checks are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be applied toward green fees only.
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all golfers, we ask that proper golf attire be worn on the course and practice areas.
- Acceptable: Collared or golf-specific shirts, slacks, shorts, skirts, and soft-spike golf shoes.
- Not permitted: Cut-off shorts, swimwear, tank tops, or metal spikes.
Management reserves the right to refuse play to anyone not in appropriate attire.
Golf carts are provided to enhance your experience and must be operated responsibly.
- Drivers must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
- Maximum of two riders and two bags per cart.
- Follow posted signs and course staff instructions regarding cart paths and the 90° rule.
- The golfer renting the cart is responsible for any damage caused during use.
